Idaho feeds America. It’s a simple fact that our state’s agricultural industry impacts all 50 states.
Our team was tasked with one goal: cut through the noise and tell the honest economic story behind Idaho’s #1 industry.

Dairy. Potatoes. Wheat. Beef. Produce. None of it moves without a reliable, legal workforce. So, we made that workforce visible.

These aren’t abstract policy debates – they’re real consequences felt by real Idaho families and business owners. It’s simple; a stable legal workforce equals a stable Idaho economy. But a massive year-round industry doesn’t have access to a year-round workforce; currently, only 9-month visas exist. It’s time for leaders to fix the issue.

We’re privileged to work with IALW (the Idaho Alliance for a Legal Workforce). And we are proud of this work.

It’s time for our fifth annual Yes We Can Food and Necessities Drive. We have 11 local agencies ready to crush last year’s total of 2,000 pounds of food and necessities collected.

Want to help? Raid your pantries, cupboards, and cellars (who has a cellar?). Or fill an extra cart on your next grocery run. Drop off any non-perishable goods and toiletries at Mitchell+Palmer between August 17th and 21st.

Like a phoenix from the ashes, Mitchell+Palmer returned to the kickball field and came out on top despite a devastating previous season. After a rocky first game where catcher Sarah Masterson suffered an injury walking out for the first inning, MP rallied together to win it all in the following weeks. Fueled by shots and post-game snacks, this team shocked the world with their performance. A bruised rib, pulled quad, several additional scrapes, and 3 homeruns (courtesy of Veals and Petersen) later, Mitchell+Palmer won the league with only 2 losses and a whopping 22 runs.

With nearly two decades of experience recruiting and placing creative professionals for agencies like MP, Jordan was managing (relationships) long before MP made the title official. He started developing an understanding of people at age 16. You’re looking at someone known as Record Store Guy, Car Wash Professional, Bread Baker, and many other titles, all before he hit his mid-20s. Why is this important? He has the eyes, ears, and know-how to bring people together and make sure our team delivers.

Some promotions feel inevitable — like you're not so much giving someone a new title, but catching up to who they already are.

This force of nature has been art directing in spirit long before the title made it official. A designer, an artist, an adventurer with an obsession for travel, and somehow — somehow — the most positive person in the room. (We're looking into it.)

Whether she's crafting stunning work, giving free yoga advice, or blessing us with the greatest dating stories we've ever heard, she brings something rare: genuine joy for the craft and the people around it.

Today, it’s official. Congratulations to our new Art Director, Beck Mulkey. Her words, not ours: "Suck it, nerds!"

We couldn't agree more.

Micron: At the Edge of Everything

For the next evolution of 's brand campaign, we took AI out of the data center and into the edge devices shaping our future—phones, cars, and beyond. Working with our VFX partners at Visionkit Studio, we created a fluid, dreamlike world where edges aren’t limits, but connections. The result is a combination of mind-bending visual effects and generative AI proving that intelligence is alive, adaptive, and always moving forward.

The spot celebrates Micron’s role as the heartbeat of AI at the edge, transforming data into real-time intelligence and fueling what comes next.
