Stoltz Marketing Group

A Boise-based, independent marketing agency, Stoltz has been at it long enough, nearly 25 years to be exact, to know what it takes: top-quality creative chops, thoughtful strategy and the attention only purposefully small and nimble agencies can provide. Owned and led by women, we’re bold in a world that’s just starting to welcome female leadership. We’re a proud group of creative women and men, and out of that comes a powerful culture.

This Valley Regional Transit bus wrap started with a simple goal and a big idea: how do you show electric power, movement, and city impact on something that is literally never standing still?

We built a pixel-powered skyline, amped up the energy, and wrapped it all around VRT’s new electric buses. Bonus points for the real-world tech behind it, including VRT’s work with Jacobs (tag) to install overhead electric charging at Main Street Station.

From inspo to concept to ex*****on, this one was all about translating a system into something bold, playful, and impossible to miss, cruising down the street.

Idaho’s youth mental health crisis is urgent, but it’s also solvable. That belief brought together the Women’s & Children’s Alliance, the Children’s Home Society, and the Idaho Youth Ranch, uniting more than 200 years of experience to strengthen mental health care for Idaho’s kids.

With funding support from the J.A. & Kathryn Albertson Family Foundation, Stoltz partnered as a strategic collaborator, helping co-write op-eds, develop media kits for amplification, and produce videos that elevated the story. Together, the focus was on turning collaboration into meaningful reach and real impact.

Say hello to Griffen. Legend has it, there’s nothing he can’t do. No, really. He speaks tech, digital marketing, and client care – a unique combination of skills that have helped him lead some of our best websites and our most intricate campaigns.

As our digital marketing manager, Griffen oversees all areas of digital project management, plus social and search buying.

And he’s just plain cool. As a man of many interests and hobbies, he asks great questions that lead to fascinating discoveries. It’s no legend – we are truly glad he’s on our team.

Control isn’t the goal. Clarity is.

Our CFO, Julie Stevens, leads with the belief that when teams have real visibility, they make better decisions and move with confidence. Finance shouldn’t slow an agency down; it should power it forward.

Is your financial strategy built for clarity?

Explaining Agentic AI wasn’t a solo mission.

From shaping the strategy to refining the final script, our video project with Intuit & Intuit QuickBooks was a true collaboration between account management, creative, and the client team. Everyone brought something to the table, and the end result is sharper because of it.

Sr. Account Manager Geneva Turrini describes our partnership as a "master class in agency and client collaboration – it's a great example of what happens when we work together, as one unified team."

Two five-minute videos, built through thoughtful feedback, clear communication, and a lot of shared docs.

Turns out making something simple takes a lot of teamwork.

It’s here. Stoltz Wrapped.

This year came with big numbers, bigger wins, and a soundtrack to match.
Think hours worked, clients supported, hires welcomed — and more happy hours than we’re willing to count.

Oh, and while doing it all?
382 genres. 4,596 hours.

Because when creatives are focused, the playlist goes deep.

Where does AI actually help, where does it get in the way, and how much of the creative process should AI touch?

Our video multimedia designer, Cole Buckhart, shares his very strong opinions on where AI earns its keep, where it absolutely doesn’t, and why creativity still requires being out in the world, not just online.

Wicked smart, digital/video master, faux plant–reliant set designer, and San Francisco fanatic. Just a few of the ways we describe our multi-talented video multimedia designer (say that three times fast), Cole Buckhart.

An integral part of our creative team, Cole takes a small kernel of an idea and turns it into memorable, brand-driven storytelling.

His talent is matched only by his dry humor and strong opinions on pet names (Home Skillet need not apply). We adore him and can’t wait to see what magic he creates next.

You may not know this, but operations leaders can be empathetic, heart-centered, and process-driven all at once.

Witness our COO, Tracy Hitchcock, who drives our operations and team, but does so with creativity and compassion. Are reflection and resilience part of your plans for 2026?

Strategy. Goal setting. Buy-in. These are top of mind for leaders as a new fiscal year approaches, and our team is no different.

While planning for continuous improvement may sound mundane, we all actually love it. An agency is a business like any other, though we definitely have more fun than most. Our CEO, Jaime Ekman, and COO, Tracy Hitchcock, began this work in October, getting serious about how we can better serve our clients, employees, and community, and then brought in the team to make it even stronger.

We’re planning for growth and big success in 2026. We know pivots will come, but we’re excited to kick off Q1 with momentum, including exciting new business wins. Thanks for being our partners and friends. We’re so glad you’re here. Stay tuned and let’s goooo!!

Tinsel & Tinis, Stoltz style. ✨

We closed out the year with great company, festive fits, locally sourced white-elephant surprises, and just the right amount of friendly gift-stealing. So grateful for this team and everything we built together this year. Cheers to what’s next.
