Around here, we believe that:
→ You can have a thriving business AND weekends off
→ You can build something wildly successful without burning out

The world will tell you to pick one, and the internet will tell you that success requires sacrifice.

But the women in our community? They’re proof that’s a lie 😘

I’m not saying cut everyone off and start fresh, but I AM saying... 👇🏼

If the women around you aren’t challenging you to think bigger, pushing you to raise your standards, or celebrating your wins without making it weird... I hate to break it to you, but you’re in the wrong room.

Your circle should make you feel:
→ seen, not small
→ challenged, not judged
→ inspired, not exhausted

You can have all the strategy in the world, but if you’re surrounded by people who don’t believe what you’re building is possible? That energy will seep in 🫠

Hot take: If you’re not actively protecting your joy, your business will drain you dry 😰

I used to think that being “always on” was the price of building something big...

That rest was for people who weren’t serious 🥸
That if I slowed down, I’d fall behind ⏰

→ Turns out that’s how you burn out and start resenting the thing you built 🫠

Now I’m obsessed with the tiny hits of joy that keep me energized, creative, and enjoying this life I’m working so hard to create 🤗

What’s the point of building a business that gives you freedom if you’re too exhausted to enjoy it? Your business needs you at your best... not burnt out, resentful, and running on fumes.

The Breakfast Club is expanding — and we now have a new chapter on the outskirts of Nashville, TN.

Introducing .breakfastclub 🎉

Getting to spread the energy, joy, enthusiasm, empowerment, genuine care, and love of this community in a new location is a dream come true🥰

And it’s not happenstance — this has been on the vision board from the moment came to my mind.

It just took 2 years to become a reality.

And now, I’m building an expansion playbook to make it EASY as pie for others to copy and paste our framework into their location.

There’s something different about this community, and I cannot wait to continue to share it with the world 🤍

I want to thank me for believing in me, for doing all this hard work and having no days off… 🤣

WOW, I never imagined the life I’m living now when I started my business 6 years ago.

What a blessing it is to evolve, dream bigger, and do!

There are truly so many people who have supported me along the way and helped me get to where I am now, which is a reminder for YOU to build a community of people that have your back!
