Question 1: What separates VUE Health from any other place you have worked?

VUE Health's collaborative and agile culture sets it apart from other workplaces. As a result, no challenge feels insurmountable, and every project is engaging.

Question 2: If you could have any superpower at work, what would it be?

My ideal workplace superpowers would be a near-photographic memory—perfect for effortlessly recalling clinical data, regulatory nuances, and the occasional obscure citation—and the ability to communicate fluently with our four-legged canine visitors. While the former would keep my writing precise and efficient, the latter would ensure optimal morale, tail wags, and perhaps a few well-negotiated snack breaks.

Question 3: What is your favorite part about working in Seaport?

I love the numerous cafés and restaurants in the Seaport district. My current favorite is the coffee shop and bakery Elephantine Bakery!

Heart. Grit. Purpose in motion.

Today, Boston runs.

The Boston Marathon is more than a race. It’s an example of what happens when discipline meets meaning. Every mile tells a story of resilience, sacrifice, and belief. It is science and spirit working together. Preparation, precision, and human will on full display.

At VUE Health, we believe progress takes endurance. In launches. In science. In life. The marathon reminds us that meaningful impact is built step by step. With clarity. With purpose. With heart.

And a special congrats and best wishes go out to our friend and client, John Fanaras of Azurity Pharmaceuticals, who will be among the thousands running through our beautiful city today.

To everyone running today, we wish you a great race. And everyone supporting from the sidelines, thank you for cheering.

Say hello to Alice Klochkova! Alice has been VUEing life since June 1st, 2020. She runs our Project Management Team like she runs drop-in spin class! Get ready to MOVE!

Question #1: What separates VUE Health from any other place you have worked?
The biggest difference at VUE is the people. The team is incredibly collaborative, supportive, and invested, not just in the work but in each other. That dynamic makes even the most challenging projects feel manageable and creates a really positive, team-first culture.

Question #2: If your job had a theme song, what would it be?
Run the World (Girls) by Beyoncé, because most days feel like a mix of leading, juggling, and making things happen under pressure… with a little bit of chaos and a lot of confidence.

Question #3: What is your favorite part about working in Seaport?
The best part of Seaport is the energy and the location. Being near the water, grabbing coffee at Blue Bottle Coffee, or doing a quick team happy hour at Committee Seaport makes the workday feel a lot more balanced.

Meet Daisy! Daisy Joined VUE in September of 2017. She is one of our Medical Directors who got her PhD from The Graduate Center of the City University of New York.

What separates VUE Health from any other place you have worked?
In my previous jobs, I was either in front of a classroom, or in a bathing suit (doing field research on dolphin behavior).

If your job had a theme song, what would it be?
It’s not really my theme song, but I always thought it would be kind of cool if “The Eye of the Tiger” played when I walked into a room.

What is your favorite part about working in Seaport?
I love being able to take the ferry into work in the warmer months.

Today we celebrate the women who lead in ways big and small. At VUE Health, that includes our founder and CEO, Kathryn Wilson.

She was recently featured on Women in Power TV, a platform highlighting women shaping industries and leading with purpose. Her episode will be streaming soon.
Kathryn built VUE with a bold vision—to help bring life-changing therapies to the people who need them most. But what makes her leadership special isn’t just the awards or the impact (or that she’s an awesome person). It’s the way she shows up every day: curious, determined, thoughtful, and deeply human.

She’s a CEO, yes. But beyond that title, she’s simply Kathryn, she’s a mom of three incredible girls, a partner, a dog-walker, a problem-solver, and the kind of leader who believes great ideas can come from anywhere.

Today we celebrate Kathryn and every woman balancing ambition, empathy, family, leadership, and the courage to keep going.

Because the strongest leaders aren’t superheroes. They’re real women doing extraordinary things.

Happy International Women’s Day.

Last week, members of the VUE Health team attended the 2026 Boston Women’s Leadership Summit. This year’s theme, Your Boldest Move Yet, inspired them to reflect on their goals, dream bigger, and take meaningful action.

The energy in the room was palpable, and the keynote speakers’ stories of leadership and resilience left a lasting impression. The team returned energized and ready to carry that momentum forward, committed to making their boldest move yet in the year ahead.

At VUE Health, growth isn’t limited to the work we do with clients to bring life-changing therapies to market. We’re equally committed to investing in our people, creating space to learn, reflect, lead with purpose—and inspiring others along the way.

Rare Isn’t Rare. It’s Just Overlooked.

This February, we’re not just honoring Rare Disease Awareness Month. We’re reminding ourselves that behind every rare disease is a very real person with a long journey to diagnosis, and an even longer wait for a treatment that may not exist. According to NORD (The National Organization for Rare Disorders):

• 300 million people worldwide live with a rare disease
• 7,000+ identified rare conditions
• 95% still have no approved therapy

We don’t treat “rare” like a niche. We treat it like a priority.

We work alongside emerging biopharma teams to accelerate the science, elevate patient voices, and bring clarity to complexity.

Simply put, progress demands more than awareness. It demands action.

This month—and every month—we stand with the rare disease community.

Love is care. And in healthcare, care is everything.

This Valentine’s Day—during American Heart Month—we’re reminded that heart health isn’t just personal. It’s a public health priority.

Cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death in the U.S., touching millions of lives every year.

We believe impact happens where data meets empathy. Where science serves humanity. And where every innovation comes back to one thing: people.

This month and every month, we lead with heart.

Every day is better when tails are wagging. Today, our office had some four-legged visitors.

At VUE Health, culture is not a perk. It is a priority.

We believe people do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and human. Sometimes it means Dobermans reminding us to take a breath between launch milestones.

We build strategies that bring life-changing therapies to patients. That work demands focus and rigor and also heart.

Dogs in the office are a small reflection of something bigger. We create space for connection. We make room for joy. We lead with empathy.

Independent by design. Fueled by passion. Driven by purpose. That is what makes VUE Health an amazing place to work.
