Three years ago, we decided to try our first CrossFit class one morning at 6 am. What we didn't realize at that time is that we were embarking on a life-changing journey with a community that makes

CrossFit so much more than a training regime. Fast forward to March of 2016, we decided to launch Burpee Over Bar to combine our passion for software design, with our excitement for lifting heavy weights, to give back to the CrossFit community that has given us so much.
