Sometimes you just have to trust the pull. ⚡️🤘🏽

When I first stepped into this mentorship almost three years ago, I was looking for help growing my network marketing business.

I had no idea how much it (Attraction Marketing) would grow me.

My leadership. My resourcefulness. My confidence in figuring things out. My ability to create systems, use AI, build webpages and funnels, understand marketing, run ads, and turn skills I didn’t even have three years ago into an entirely separate stream of income.

I went from learning how to run ads to becoming a top affiliate within this company at different points—and now being able to help other students improve their ads and businesses too.

And when I look at what I’m building inside my own network marketing team today, there are systems and resources I genuinely would not have even known HOW to create a few years ago.

But beyond all of that… this place just feels like home. ❤️

The people. The mentorship. The rooms I’ve been in. The skills I’ve gained. The person I’ve become.

There has been a tug since the very beginning that I was supposed to be here—and it has never gone away.

Every workshop. Every decision to keep going. Every time I ask myself if this is still where I’m supposed to be…

It’s a full-body YES.

Sometimes you can’t see where a path is taking you when you first start walking it.

You just know you’re supposed to keep going.

And I’m really freaking glad I did. 🥹❤️

The future feels very, very bright. ✨

One of my biggest gripes with the network marketing industry has always been this idea that if you don’t attend every company event, somehow you’re “not committed” to your business.

I don’t agree. 🤷‍♀️

And I’m saying that while literally sitting at an in-person GROW workshop investing in mentorship to grow and elevate my business. 😂

I’m actually a BIG advocate for getting in the room.

Events can give you vision. They can reignite you when you’ve stopped taking action. They can connect you with your team and remind you what’s possible.

But here’s where I think we get it wrong:

Attending an event isn’t the same thing as building a business.

You can sit in a room with 10,000 people, get insanely motivated, take all the videos, come home fired TF up…and two days later, real life happens and the business gets put back down.

Because motivation fades.

What matters to me now is: What am I leaving with that I can actually implement?

That’s why I personally gravitate toward smaller, tactical workshops and events where I can learn something, evaluate my business, make changes and leave with ACTION steps.

That’s also why I’m here at GROW. 🌱

And everyone is different.

Some people NEED the massive convention experience. Some learn better in smaller rooms. Some can’t travel. Some have families, jobs, finances or circumstances that make attending difficult.

None of that automatically tells me how committed they are.

Fun fact: I didn’t attend my network marketing company’s big annual convention until I was literally walking the stage as a Regional Vice President. 😂

Clearly, not attending didn’t mean I wasn’t working.

So yes—get in rooms that stretch you. Invest in yourself. Learn. Build your vision. Be around people doing bigger things.

But also understand YOUR learning style and evaluate where your time and money will create the biggest return.

Because the goal isn’t to prove how committed you are by being in the room.

The goal is to leave the room and actually do something with what you learned. 🔥
