COMMISSION only DOOR TO DOOR sales for Verizon or Assurance wireless ( not door to door, but person to person)
FALSE PRE-TENSES OF MANAGEMENT!!
legacy marketing of Boston is independently owned by Collin Ausfeld, but run through credico USA, similar to cydcor they are a MLM (multi level marketing) scheme, similar to a pyramid scheme but instead of giving money in the aims to get more money, you will waste your time, gas and energy trying to progress through the firm.
HOW IT WORKS
1) - get hired as an Account executive
2) make $500, complete a BS checklist of school taught marketing and sales theories...then you can become a
3) corporate trainer - train new AE's and start to build a team
4) you need to hire and retain 4 AE's and train them til they become a CT so they can start training other people.
5) if you are lucky to have 4CT's on your team and 1AE under any of the 4 CT's you can go into "production"
6) in production your team must make $4000 a week for 2 weeks and then you will progress to be an Assistant manager
7) once a AM you need to save $1500 and learn how to dupe others then you can open your very own OFFICE!!

YEAH RIGHT!!! as you can see your "success" depends on other's, you will be lucky to get 1 person on your team to stay let alone have 4 people at once....don't get me wrong it can be done but it takes lots of attempts because people come and go so quick.
it also depends on if the manager will approve it, as an AM you get a cut of your teams money, but if you are the only 1 with a big team, don"t expect to get promoted any time soon, because the boss doesn't want to lose his earnings.
Collin took over form a guy who used to be a smackhead :) he is an idiot, just another stupid pawn in a big boy's game.
Hours -
firstly you have to come in between 8am-10am for morning "ATMOSPHERE" - NO PAY WHILE YOU ARE HERE
10AM-5.30PM - selling door to door or person to person
6pm-6.30pm - evening meetings - NO PAY WHILE YOU ARE HERE
you will be paid on a 10-99 - so you will have to do your own taxes......so if you have spent the money you have earned, all that needs to be taxed, expect a big bill in march!
PS - the owner is a joke, I think he has learning difficulties.
