Growing up, I always dreamed of two things. I wanted to be a mom, and I wanted to make a mark big enough to land on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

At my first job out of college, my boss told me,
“You are a little over the top sometimes, a bit too ambitious for your age.” Imagine??

If only she knew that one day I would build an agency, create jobs, and grow right alongside two little boys who think their mom can do anything.

The honest truth is that I still have not figured out the balance between motherhood and entrepreneurship. Every day requires sacrifice. Every day asks me to choose. And every day I wish I could give one hundred percent to both.

But this team is what brings that balance a little closer.

Because of you three, the life I am trying to build feels possible. A life where motherhood and ambition do not compete but strengthen each other.

Award. Winning. Agency. 🥹

A few months ago I got notified that I had been nominated for a digital marketing award (by one of you kind people, thank you so much!) and I was so honored to even be considered for ANY award that never in a million years did I think I would win the official honor.

But, yesterday I got the notification that we won! 😭 A&Co. was honored with the award for “Best Integrated Marketing Campaign” for Small Business for our recent Holiday Pop-Up Campaign at this past winter. This project has easily been one of my most proud moments since launching my company almost (7?!) years ago.

I could ramble on forever about this. But, I’ll keep it short and say that bringing creative marketing ideas to my clients, having them trust me enough to let me run with it, and then ending the campaign with real-world, concrete (award winning!) results …. That is really freaking awesome!

I hardly did this project alone - so many wonderful people joined in to make it happen - but, I am beyond honored to be recognized for this. Thank you all for your support and for cheering me! ❤️ I appreciate it so much more than you know.
