Step 3: Train ChatGPT on Your Content! πŸ€“

Can we just take a minute to talk about how powerful re-targeting ads are? I searched for milk, and now on every platform from Facebook to Google, all I see are ads on milk! 🀯

Which leads us to today's topic - ads retargeting.

What are re-targeted ads?

Imagine you go to a store with your family and your niece sees a toy that she really likes, but her parents say she can't have it. Later, when you're at home using your tablet with her, you start seeing ads for that same toy! That's retargeting.

Retargeting ads are like the store following you home and reminding you about the toy she wanted. When you visit a website, it puts a cookie (a small piece of data) in your browser that tells advertisers you were there.

The advertiser then shows you ads for the same website or product on other websites you visit. This way, the advertiser can remind you about the product you showed interest in, and maybe convince you to come back and buy it.

Retargeting ads can be a bit unsettling, but they can also be helpful if you really want to buy something and then come across a good deal! As a business, it is extremely useful for you to target exactly people that are looking for what you're offering!
