This was such a simple but important point:

You do NOT need to try 5 different scaling strategies at once.

That’s not scaling.
That’s chaos.

Pick one thing.
Get aligned.
Go all in on it together.

If it works, double down.
If it doesn’t, pivot fast and move to the next.

But trying to run multiple plays at the same time usually just creates confusion, burnout, and no real momentum.

The best operators I know keep it simple for way longer than most people expect.
