My career at WBKO began in 2008 as a minimum wage overnight Master Control Operator followed by years of directing newscasts, assisting reporters in the field for high level stories like the Corvette Museum sinkhole collapse and the Adair County pipeline explosion, assisting our WBKO Interactive team with producing long form content like WBKO Go Local with Wes Berry and WBKO Peer 2 Peer with Caroline Ford. After several years of cross-department experience, the opportunity presented itself to work more directly with our sales team to face the future of digital head on. Long term goals include helping our local team become the best in our company when it comes to new business growth, digital strategies, reporting, retention, and referrals - as well as shooting for future opportunities like General Manager, where I can more fully utilize my passion for coaching and processes to build a team of leaders who are capable of anything!
