French Onion Beef and Noodles ππππ
Ingredients:
β’ 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
β’ 1 pound Beef Stew Meat
β’ 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
β’ 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
β’ Salt & Pepper, to Taste
β’ 1 can (10.5 ounces) French Onion Soup
β’ 3 cups Beef Broth
β’ 12 ounces Egg Noodles
β’ 1/2 cup Sour Cream
β’ 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
β’ 1 cup French Fried Onions
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, I heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
2. I add the beef and season it with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. I cook for 3-5 minutes until the beef is seared on all sides.
4. I pour in the French onion soup and beef broth, bringing it to a simmer.
5. While simmering the beef on low for 10 minutes, I add the egg noodles and continue simmering for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the noodles are tender.
6. I remove the pan from the heat. Then, I stir in the sour cream and Parmesan cheese. Finally, I sprinkle French onions on top as desired.
