Jason makes this look so easy but donā€™t let this sped up video mislead you, thereā€™s years of trial and error and experience to be able to lay vehicle graphics like this.

Did you know weā€™re able to make with our Epilog Laser engraver is one of a kind custom signage?

This job is a piece of neutral colored plastic that exposes black when it is engraved, which allows our clients can match the whatever color story they want and also communicate, all in 1 signā€¦ More on this engraver signage project coming soon.

Also, thereā€™s a camera inside! It is really cool to be able to see what weā€™re doing inside the machine from a computer screen.

Thereā€™s quality controlā€¦ then thereā€™s ā€œgrab the plungerā€ quality control. šŸ˜‚šŸŖ 

While installing graphics on one of DS&Fā€™s newest fleet vans, we spotted a bubble mid installation.

Did we panic? Nope.
Did we call for backup? Nope.
Did we grab a plunger? Absolutely!

ā€œThatā€™ll flush ā€˜em out.ā€ šŸ˜‚

From design to installation, we making sure every vehicle graphic that leaves the shop gets the attention to detail it deserves before it hits the road.

Because around here, we take the finished product seriously- even when the tools get a little unconventional. šŸ˜Ž

Watch SOL turn this basic black tumbler to a custom double sided BEAUTY!!!

Here our Epilog laser engraver is working its magic at 10x speed as it engraves Starkey Marinaā€™s alongside a detailed view of Beaver Lake.

Then we slow it down for the final few seconds ā€¦ because the details deserve a closer look and thatā€™s my favorite part. šŸ˜

Two sides. One machine. A whole lot of precision. We love seeing what a little laser time can create.
