I started this magazine to bring recognition to the people in our community doing the quiet work…the behind-the-scenes work…the selfless work.

Imagine if your home were on fire and no one came to help.

In our community, fire departments rely largely on volunteers. If you or someone you know feels called to this important work, please reach out to your local department. Some towns even offer entry-level programs for teenagers who want to get involved and explore their options at an early age.
