Ever wondered what mystery shopping actually is?

It’s simple.

Businesses want to know what real customers experience — so they hire mystery shoppers to visit, observe, and share honest feedback.

A mystery shopper might:
• Visit a restaurant
• Call a business
• Tour an apartment or storage facility
• Shop in a retail store

Your job is to act like a normal customer while paying attention to things like:
✔ Customer service
✔ Cleanliness
✔ Timing
✔ Employee interactions
✔ Overall experience

After the visit, you complete a report describing what happened.

That’s it.
