Trails of all kinds build communities around them. Rail trails are a special niche in more urban locations. They are accessible for everyone and encourage small business development that boosts the economies of the communities and towns along them. Years ago we watched the Swamp Rabbit Trail in the Greenville, SC area transform the nearly deserted town of Travelers Rest into a bustling, active and attractive place to live or visit today. So when the Ecusta Trail opened it's first 6 miles here in Hendersonville NC, we spent opening day talking to local business owners to see how it was going. We're approaching the one year anniversary this month and the trail is still being developed, but here's a throwback to opening day.

One of a series of videos we are doing for Jordan Clark at Looking Glass Realty focused on what life is like living in Connestee Falls. One of the more unique aspects is that the community has 20+ miles of trails that were all built by volunteers. Currently led by Tucker Garrison, these guys are hard workers and having a lot of fun doing it!

This was a fun video project we worked on during 2024-2025 for The Pisgah Conservancy. The Estatoe Trail is a great connector trail from the commercial corridor of Pisgah Forest into Pisgah National Forest and a fantastic resource for locals and tourists alike.

We love working with The Brevard Philharmonic Orchestra. Brevard's ability to host an orchestra like this since 1976 says allot about our community the the value we all place on the arts.
