Today, I am once again frustrated by the folks at Meh-ta.
They've taken away Alt text in their native scheduler. Not only is this a legality through the ADA that they can be held liable for in court, but it's a W3Schools accessibility guideline that is an obligation.
The only ways around it are sneaky, and are by using photos that you need to crop. You quite literally have to create the wrong size graphic in order to change it. Then you can use the edit function,(not shown here, but it would be a pencil next to the tag icon), crop it, and add your alt text.
This is why image descriptions are so important.
Note: I can add the alt text to this photo by editing it, but can't schedule in advance.

How's everyone doing out there? 📱

A word to the wise: If you're using any Android older than 2 years, make sure auto-updates are disabled. In addition to that, if your phone takes it upon itself to download the forced update that went out this month, DO NOT RESTART. Back up your phone (yes, even if you engage in backups, it doesn't back up your entire account) and take it to someone with Android Studio. Have them go back to March or February's OS update, and re-flash the phone.

That's what bricked mine, and tens of thousands of others.

I was walking a client through setting up a Meta Business Manager portfolio tonight and it kept crashing.💥 Sometimes, you simply have to laugh, walk away, and say cheers to the weekend. Meh-ta, as I enjoy calling it, was having a tantrum. A new day will dawn, and we will try again Tuesday, with caffeine and refreshments.
