Three ways your lead count is lying to you.
1. Click-to-call tracking that counts taps, not actual conversations.
2. Call data that doesn’t filter for first-time callers, so existing customers inflate the number every time they dial.
3. Form submissions with no qualification filter, treating tire-kickers and ready buyers the same.
One or all of these items might be the reason the report says 'lots of leads' and the booked customer list says 'not so much.'
