RIT Tigers came out in force for the RIT Business Accounting and Business Services Career Fair at the Gene Polisseni Center! 🐅

We loved that the accounting career fair expanded to all business majors, giving Lindsay Connelly and Parker Hoyt an amazing opportunity to meet the future entrepreneurs of Rochester Institute of Technology

✨ Even better? We ran into familiar faces from our co-op program. Seeing those alumni thriving in their careers (Cassandra Paul, Nicholas Posadas, and Ashley Zielaznicki), and watching the next cohort of talent come through reminds us why this program means so much to our collective growth.

To the students we met today: you impressed us. Keep that energy going. 💚

Our founder and President Lindsay Connelly had the opportunity to be a mentor in the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce GRYP Leadership Program, where she was paired with Sarah Haley, Director of Marketing at Geva Theatre.

We’ve loved watching Sarah grow throughout the program. Her passion and drive to build on Geva Theatre’s incredible legacy have continuously impressed us, and we have a feeling she’ll be the one mentoring the next round of emerging leaders before long!

A huge thank you to the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce for creating this program and to Constellation Brands for hosting the 2026 cohort graduation.

New Lindies Incoming 🚨Meet our newest co-ops, Sean, Samantha, and Sydney!

From day one, all three have jumped straight into client projects, already turning in work that's blowing us away.

Sean is a senior student-athlete at St. John Fisher University studying marketing, working across our paid data and content teams with a growing focus on B2B strategy and design. His go-getter attitude and initiative have made him a natural fit for client work right out of the gate.

Samantha graduated from St. John Fisher University with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Interdisciplinary Arts. She runs her own photography business, and brings that same creative eye to the content she's building at Linden.

Sydney earned her Associate's in Communication Studies at Onondaga Community College and is finishing her Bachelor's at Nazareth University. She's found a real love for paid data, digging into analytics and turning what she finds into strategy for our clients.

One of our own has a story that hits close to home this September.

In 2024, Grace Yehl was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. After 12 rounds of chemo under the care of Dr. Jamie Flerlage, she’s now more than a year cancer free.

Dr. Flerlage is riding in the Wilmot Warrior Weekend this September to fund lifesaving cancer research at Wilmot Cancer Institute, the same care that got Grace through her own treatment.

It's always nice to have a night out. It's even better when there's a great cause behind it.

Last night we spent the evening Cheering for Children at La Luna Restaurant with the The Child Advocacy Center of Greater Rochester, celebrating the incredible services they provide kids across our community.

Our very own Elyse Mee proudly serves on the CAC's board, and seeing this event come together was a great reminder of the impact their work has. 💚

We ALL won at the Summer Olympics 🥇💪

Twice a year the whole Linden team (our out-of-towners included) comes together for in-person work days, some guest speakers, and a lot of fun.

We kicked things off with new team photos, met with Marium Mustafa then Jim McAuliffe from JK Executive Strategies, followed by our annual Marge's Lakeside Inn happy hour. We learned to swing and got competitive at X-Golf, and closed it all out by the stage at Hoochenanny Festival.

Sometimes a zoom just isn’t enough. We had so much fun seeing all of our Lindy friends this weekend. We'll see you again soon 💚

Last year, Lindsay Connelly took home Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce Business Person of the Year alongside Scott Miller. This year, she got to sit on the other side of the table as a judge with Scott and Krystle Ellis, which she has described as one of the hardest jobs she’s ever had.

Congratulations to the 2026 Business Person of the Year Award recipients Anthony Valerio of Four Winds Chimney, and Glenn Jackling, President & CEO of Applied Image Inc.
