of Venice Ashby and is not a stranger to communities that helps build and shape youths and adults. He was born and raised in the Bristol/Levittown area; he received his education through the Bristol Township School District, graduating in 1981 the last class to graduate from Woodrow Wilson High School. Dwayne received an Honorable Discharge after serving six years in the United States Army, traveling abroad his tour of duty included Eastern Asia (Korea) and several post throughout the United States. He takes pride in providing for his family; he engages in a variety of community events. His travels have taken him to different states as a motivational guest speaker in youth conventions and venues, (New Jersey, Ohio, Florida, Tennessee, and New York) to name a few. Dwayne has also received training and certificates from an array of organizations (Child and Youth Safety, Bullying, Child Line Reporting, Child Abuse Background as well as a FBI Criminal Check) His motto: “No child will be left behind” and he has a strong belief in the scripture, “Charity begins at home…” Aside from mentoring youth Dwayne ensures the safety of our elderly residents as well particularly during the summer and winter months. Dwayne also does sound engineering and has been afforded the opportunity to provide services for an assortment of professional artist in the gospel, R&B, Country and Hip Hop arenas. He is also a musician with accreditation on independent labels.
