Here is a recent logo and exterior sign design I created for the River Cycling Center located in Pleasant Valley, CT. So cool to see the sign come to life and installed. The sign itself is substantial as to be seen clearly from the road - without the posts it is 8' across and 6' high!!! 🤓

They have been a client of mine for years now, but as time passes, technology improves and old sites get slow and end up looking outdated. Happy New Year! This coming October, the City of Bristol and Bristol Parks, Recreation, Youth and Community Services, the Bristol Historical Society, along with the Bristol Veterans Council and the extended community plan to celebrate the one hundredth anniversary of the Veterans Memorial Boulevard Park which opened in 1921.

Tomorrow, we will post the first in a monthly series of articles written by Tom Dickau commemorating the centennial anniversary of the park by depicting the history behind the land, people, and events that helped shape it into the park Bristol treasures today.

Yay! Launched two sister sites today; Misty Blue Pool Services and Misty Brite Soft Wash based out of West Volusia County, FL. I designed their logos and websites and worked closely with the clients to develop a branding that would encompass both companies since much of their work overlaps. It was a unique situation where both sites are able to reside under one domain. Now they look squeaky clean and ready to take on more business! ☀️

Designed and printed custom pocket size park guides for the City of Bristol Parks, Recreation, Youth and Community Services. This 21" x 16.375" map folds down to a convenient 3.5" x 5.5" size and provides an overview of Bristol's 730+ acres of park space. I also created two custom maps within it of their two larger parks; Rockwell Park and Page Park listing all their trails and amenities. There's a lot to do and see!
