Cottage House Printing small home screen print and digital art studio. Cottage House earns its name from our tiny home we lovingly call the cottage.

I am a small screen printing studio located in our rural VT home, dedicate to the handcraft arts. I use recycled material to make my screen frames and think it is important to be as mindful as possible in my production. While my goal is to produce beautiful handcrafted pieces, I do not want handcraft too much waste. The best part of production is the dying process. Using natural dyes, using spices

such as turmeric and saffron to create bold and rich colors. I work hard to soak and set as to not create fugitive dyes. Working in small batches also lets me create patterns in the dye leaving each piece of fabric with its own unique signature. Each piece, whether napkins or a beautiful wall hanging, is inspired and created with care and love knowing it will be an item in someones home.
