US President Donald Trump issued a stark warning to Iran on Tuesday, warning that an entire civilization could “die tonight” if Tehran fails to meet US demands in ongoing negotiations. The warning was delivered via Trump’s Truth Social platform just as the 8 PM Washington time deadline was approaching, which corresponds to 3:00 AM Wednesday in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

In his post, Trump stated, “An entire civilization will die tonight and will never come back. I do not want this, but it’s likely to happen.” While he didn’t go into specifics about operational details, Trump has previously hinted at the possibility of U.S. strikes on Iranian bridges, power plants, and other civilian infrastructure if no deal is reached.

Last-Minute Diplomacy
Despite his grave warning, Trump left the door open for a breakthrough, suggesting that “perhaps something revolutionary will happen tonight.” He described the moment as historic, suggesting it could mark the end of decades of corruption and conflict.

Vice President J.D. Vance echoed Trump’s sense of urgency during a visit to Hungary, saying that intensive negotiations were underway and warning that the U.S. still has “tools” for action that haven’t yet been used.

A man spent 24 years incarcerated for a murder he didn't commit, only to be exonerated and receive $4.1 million in compensation. However, he has since been sentenced to 33 to 66 years in prison for a separate crime. Shaurn Thomas was wrongfully convicted in 1990 and lost nearly a quarter century of his life in prison. His conviction was overturned in 2017, resulting in a $4.1 million payment from the City of Philadelphia. Nevertheless, in January 2023, Thomas allegedly shot 38-year-old Akeem Edwards over a $1,200 co***ne debt. Thomas pleaded guilty to third-degree murder, conspiracy, and weapons charges in late 2024 and was sentenced in February 2025 to a term that effectively amounts to a life sentence. This sequence of events highlights the complexities of justice and redemption.

In the heart of Minneapolis, the Somali community faces serious challenges, with reports of harassment and threats amid alarming fraud allegations. This image illustrates the aftermath of the Feeding Our Future scandal a $250 million scheme that diverted funds intended for children in need, instead ending up in luxury cars, homes, and overseas accounts exploited by those taking advantage of our system. Thanks to the people Who warned us about the risks of unchecked immigration from high risk nations like Somalia? It was Republican Party whom have prioritized putting America First.
President Trump administration with clear vision, called for a travel ban on countries plagued by terrorism and corruption to prevent such abuses. He understood that without proper vetting, fraud, waste, and division could easily enter our communities. Under his leadership, we saw record low unemployment, secure borders, and increased accountability that helped keep scams under control. Unfortunately, with Biden and Harris in office, we’ve experienced open border policies, aspirations for amnesty, and priorities that focus on wokeness rather than security. They allowed millions to flow into cities like Minneapolis home to Rep. Ilhan Omar turning it into a focal point of concern.
Now, many innocent Somalis are facing economic hardships as their businesses struggle amid public frustration. But let's remember: the true victims here are American taxpayers and starving children, whose lives are impacted by greed. While harassment is always wrong, it’s important to recognize that such anger comes from feelings of betrayal, not hate. Trump’s approach would involve deporting criminals, auditing programs thoroughly, and restoring trust. He would empower law enforcement to fight fraud decisively, while building an economy where everyone can succeed legally.
Trump achieved peace agreements in the Middle East, enacted tax cuts for working families, and promoted energy independence. He challenged the establishment that allows these scandals to grow unchecked. This image is more than just a headline it's a call to wake up. We need the strength of true American back in the White House to drain the swamp, protect our nation, and deliver justice for all. It’s time for action, not empty promises.

This is my husband and his affair partner, Benita. I'm currently facing a difficult situation due to their choices. Benita, I know you and my husband have been involved for over two years now. I’ve tried everything I could to make you reconsider, but it hasn’t worked.

You've made your stance clear, sending me messages suggesting that I should give up. Well, I’ve reached my limit. I’m no longer fighting for a relationship that seems lost. However, I must ask you: if you continue this involvement with my husband, please do not take his love and responsibilities away from our children.

I had a career as a nurse, but my husband encouraged me to quit my job after our wedding, promising me that he would support us financially. For the sake of our marriage and to keep the peace, I made that sacrifice. I put aside my career, despite having been the sole provider for my family during my education, in hopes that it would bring us closer.

For the past seven years of marriage, he has supported us, but in the last two years, that support has vanished. I've found myself covering all the household expenses, the children’s fees, and our daily needs while he has often been absent, leaving me to handle everything alone.

I’m now deeply in debt and struggling just to provide for my kids. Leaving this marriage is not an option for me, as I must think of my children. I’m dealing with high blood pressure and the emotional toll has been immense.

Benita, I may not have your looks, but as a woman, I ask you to show compassion. Please think of the impact your actions have on my children and consider the weight of your choices. I’m reaching out for advice, as I’m at a loss for what to do next in this challenging situation.

Charles Taylor's life is quite complex. He was born in Arthington, Liberia, and studied in the United States before returning to Liberia. He joined the government but later rebelled against then-President Samuel Doe. Taylor's rebellion led to a brutal civil war in Liberia.

He eventually won the presidency in 1997 in a landslide election, largely due to a fear of continued violence if he lost. As president, Taylor's rule was marked by authoritarianism, corruption, and support for rebels in neighboring countries.

The international community grew increasingly critical of his actions, and in 2003, he was indicted by the Special Court for Sierra Leone for war crimes and crimes against humanity. That same year, Taylor resigned and went into exile in Nigeria. He was eventually captured, extradited, and put on trial.

In 2012, Taylor was convicted of aiding and planning war crimes in Sierra Leone, including murder, r**e, and the use of child soldiers. He was sentenced to 50 years in prison. Charles Taylor was the 22nd president of Liberia, serving from 1997 to 2003. He's known for being convicted of war crimes and crimes against humanity by an international court for supporting rebels in Sierra Leone's civil war. Taylor's rule in Liberia was marked by violence, corruption, and human rights abuses. He's currently serving a 50-year prison sentence in the Netherlands for his role in the conflict. Charles Taylor's presidency in Liberia was marked by extreme violence, corruption, and human rights abuses. He rose to power after leading a rebellion that overthrew the government in 1990. Taylor was elected president in 1997 but his rule was characterized by widespread atrocities, with support for rebel groups in neighboring countries, notably the Revolutionary United Front in Sierra Leone. This support led to his conviction for war crimes and crimes against humanity by the Special Court for Sierra Leone. In 2006 he was arrested and put on trial, and in 2012 he was sentenced to 50 years in prison. His legacy is one of brutal authoritarianism and destabilization in West Africa.
