In week two of our event planning series, we're focusing on Predicting...
Once you have the calendar of events, of course you'll ask the basics - but those questions alone won’t prevent last-minute work.
It's key to ask good questions early:
👉 Walk through the day from an attendee's view - arrival to departure. (what else is needed beyond badges, name tags, giveaways and awards?)
👉 Are there additional events happening across other locations? (opportunity to group orders/drop ship to create cohesive themes)
👉 What action or feeling do you want to want attendees to leave with? (you could be their source for unique, out of the box giveaways!)
👉 What does success look like for these events? (is it an experience, a certain giveaway, etc.?)
👉 When will details be finalized? (create a deadline but make room for last minute changes)
Better questions early = fewer surprises later.
