Job Description:
Added Value Printing is currently hiring for a Part Time or Full Time Screen Printer Specialist in Brooklyn Park, MN. The ideal Candidate must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, excellent communication skills and a high degree of mechanical aptitude. We are looking for an experienced Screen Printer that can operate an automatic and manual press and complete orders quickly and accurately while being detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
• Successfully troubleshoot and make minor repairs and adjustments to silk printing machines
• Perform basic set up and operation of the screen printing process (ex. locate appropriate screens, paint mixing, color changes, burning logos into the screens
• Accountable for quality which includes visually checking the quality of work
• Responsible for ensuring (inspection) color is accurate and print is aligned correctly on garments
• Accountable for quantity of work and production output
• Make several change overs and changes to programs
• Ensure that procedures relating to job safety and process control are followed
• Responsible for machine and maintenance
• Operate various Screen Printing machines as needed (manual and automatic)
• Register up to 6 colors on the press, match and mix custom colors, create and reclaim screens as needed while maintaining an on time schedule for custom orders.

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED required
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
• Reliable mode of transportation

Happy Monday Facebook! AVP is hiring a production assistant either full time or part time with a flexible schedule. If you know anyone that is looking for a job with an awesome team have them email their resume to [email protected]. We are open to someone coming in a few hours per day all the way up to full time and are willing to work with college class schedules. The job will consist of tasks including but not limited to:

Unboxing & unpacking product and staging for production or placing into inventory
Packing up production jobs and preparing for shipment
Mixing ink for pad printing jobs
Cleaning pad printing equipment after production is complete and assisting with job change over
Making pad printing plates
Preparing screens for screen printing production
Running heat press production jobs as needed
General warehouse duties such as managing inventory, receiving product, and shipping product as necessary
Other duties as needed & assigned

The Production Support Assistant will be engaged in many different activities throughout the day depending on production requirements. Daily tasks will consist of the following:

Job Requirements:

No experience necessary. We will train the right person
Must be able to work on your feet all day
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs. regularly)
