Today marks the end of an incredible era as we celebrate the retirement of Keith Futhey, who has dedicated over 46 years of exceptional service to our company.

Keith has played a pivotal role in the development of our lean manufacturing systems and quality control processes, helping to shape a culture of continuous improvement that will benefit our company for generations to come. 

Keith, your integrity, mentorship, and tireless work ethic, have made you not just a respected colleague, but a deeply valued part of our company family. While we will miss your presence immensely, we couldn’t be more grateful for all you have given—and more excited for you to enjoy a well earned retirement.

He worked extremely hard to advance into his current position as a leader of our company. His work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to help us be successful are unmatched.
