S*x Ain’t The Way To Love is more than a title, it’s a testimony. It’s my journey through heartbreak, healing, self-discovery, and learning that real love begins with loving yourself.

There was a time when I smiled while carrying pain no one could see. Like so many others, I learned to hide what I was feeling. That’s why these words have always stayed with me:

“People don’t fake depression, they fake being okay, so be kind.” — often attributed to Robin Williams.

I wrote this book for anyone who has ever searched for love in the wrong places, questioned their worth, or struggled to see their own value. My prayer is that these pages remind you that you don’t have to earn love, you deserve it, and it starts from within. Thank you to the National Book Club Conference and CurtisBunnSr for Having Me!

If my story helps even one person choose healing over hurt and self-love over settling, then every chapter was worth writing.
