Angelic here. I've been devoting more time to reading and writing lately. And when I run across a piece of writing that inspires me - I just have to share it - shout, "Hey! Look at these beautiful words this incredible person strung together!" Sometimes it is even me - ha! This time it is not me, but one of my most favorite 'celebrities.' I know, I know, but bear with me - these words are so worth reading. I'd love to know if you think so too.

"When we become too spent in any way - physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually - it can set us up to handle even small inconveniences differently than we would if we were well rested, well nourished. Being mindful of that is half the battle. Taking care of ourselves isn’t all about us, is it? It’s also about what we have to work with when we are interacting with others as well. Filling our cup to overflowing isn’t gluttony - it is surplus. Surplus allows us to have what is required of us to fulfill our calling AND still feel satisfied with ourselves - to operate from a space of fulfillment, of abundance."
