Hey everyone, hope all is well. Just wanted to give a quick update from G2 Apparel. I know the current situation with covid 19 is just now starting to hit home for a lot of us, whether it be ours or our loved ones' health, job layoffs and financial stress, tanking stock market, or loss of business, everyone is being affected by this pandemic in some way. We here at G2 have already had several jobs get canceled last minute because of normal life activities like school and sports being put on hold. We have several jobs that are already complete that aren't getting picked up (which I completely understand), several jobs that are just simply up in the air right now, and lots of jobs that we just won't get this year that we typically get. I'm not here to have a pity party, just here to say that if we all start thinking about little things we can do to help each other out, maybe it's deliver groceries to your parents or grandparents, helping someone find work during these times, or sharing some of your TP surplus, we will all come out the other end of this better off.
Saying that, G2 must do our part, so from now until May 1st we will begin delivering finished jobs directly to the customers' doorsteps free of charge if you don't want to risk getting out in public and being exposed. Unpaid invoices will be with the items, if you can pay the invoice now then great, if you need time to pay them then time you will get. We are in the office Monday through Friday 9 am to 5:30 PM to answer phone calls and emails about artwork or quote requests, we can take orders through email and will deliver to you if needed, so no need to even stop in the store unless you need to see or feel some of the samples on our racks. Our website, g2apparel.com, has a design tool on it, however you can just email us at [email protected] and we can help you out with any artwork you may need as well.
Lastly, I want to encourage you all to do your best to try and use what disposable income you may have on local shops and small businesses. If you happen to get out of the house for something maybe swing by your local coffee shop for a vanilla latte, or the local liquor store for some Busch latte. These folks are taking a big hit right now, and a lot of small businesses won't survive it. Let's do what we can to help them weather the storm. Stay safe everyone.
