Some of you have said I don’t show my face around here enough, so I finally decided to change that! 😉 I’m Sydni, the one behind the emails, endless design revisions, and all the pretty paper you see around here! 💌
Growing up, I always said I wanted to be an artist, which eventually turned into pursuing graphic design in college. I got my fair share of judgmental looks when I told people my major, because who could possibly make a living doing that in a small town!? 😉
In 2018, during my final semester at UL Lafayette, a class project required us to brand ourselves, and SB Creative was born - named after my maiden name initials, Sydni Blanchard. The logo has changed quite a bit since then (maybe I’ll share the original one day 🫣), but the name stuck!
I always imagined myself working at a graphic design firm, but God had something so much better planned. In 2020, I married my biggest supporter, Logan, and designed our wedding invitations. From there, you can probably figure out the rest!
What started as meeting clients at coffee shops with a single binder of samples has grown into a business I never could have dreamed of building.
To my clients, past, present, and future - THANK YOU. Thank you for taking a chance on me in those early days, for trusting me with life’s biggest celebrations, and for allowing me to make a living doing something I genuinely love. None of this would be possible without you, and I don’t take that for granted. 🤍
