Kip & King Marketing is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Project Coordinator to join our team!

📍 Broussard, LA
⏰ Full-Time | In-Office
💰 $18–$22/hour, depending on experience

⚠️ This is NOT an entry-level position. Professional digital marketing experience is required.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented and ready to jump into a fast-paced marketing agency environment. You’ll help keep client projects, content, websites, video shoots and digital marketing campaigns organized and moving forward.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
✨ Coordinate our videographer’s client shoot schedule
✨ Schedule and publish Instagram Reels and social content
✨ Organize client video and photography assets
✨ Help manage website builds from start to launch
✨ Track content, revisions, approvals and deadlines
✨ Coordinate with clients and our web development team
✨ Assist with SEO, AEO & GEO projects and deliverables
✨ Gather client content, photos, information and approvals
✨ Manage multiple project timelines and deadlines
✨ Help make sure projects are completed accurately and on time

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree required: preferably in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, Business or a related field

💻 Minimum 1–2 years of professional digital marketing experience required

You should have experience managing business social media accounts, posting Reels and short-form video, communicating with clients, managing multiple projects and staying ahead of deadlines.

Experience with WordPress, SEO, Meta Business Suite, and project-management platforms is strongly preferred.

Most importantly, we want someone who takes ownership. Someone who doesn’t wait to be told every next step, notices what needs to be done, solves problems, communicates well and helps keep the entire team organized.
