1. Reposts (hello, more visibility)
2. Instagram Map (yes, local discovery is back)
3. Friends Tab in Reels (your content can go viral through friends of friends)

With election season approaching, you might not have noticed Instagrams feature that limits the political content you see.

Here's how you can adjust those settings:

1. Open up Instagram on your phone
2. Tap on the 3 dash menu on the top right hand side
3. Tap on “Content preferences”
4. Then choose “Political content”
5. Here you can decide if you’d like to limit or not from people you don’t follow.

This will affect suggestions in the Explore page, Reels, Recommendations and Suggested Users. It does not affect from accounts you already follow. Lastly, this setting also applies to Threads.
