We had the chance to build this custom halo-glow sign for Steve-O’s “Wild Ride!” Podcast, and we’re pretty stoked with how it turned out.

We cut and fabricated the dimensional acrylic lettering in-house, then added LED backlighting to give it that awesome halo glow. During the day, you get the depth and dimension of the lettering, and once the lights go down… it really comes alive.

This is the kind of project we love at Laser Cutting, Inc. Taking an idea, figuring out how to build it, and watching it turn into something that actually grabs your attention.

We handle the whole process right here in-house, including laser cutting, acrylic fabrication, dimensional lettering, LED lighting, CNC machining, UV printing, painting and finishing.
