As always, pick one meat, three veggies, a fresh baked roll or cornbread muffin, dessert (homemade banana pudding or chocolate cake), and your choice of drink. Bring the family! Our smoker will be pulling triple duty this weekend. With our unique blend of wood and coals, our smoker is turning out our bbq pork, smoked chicken and for this weekend, BRISKET BURGERS! From your feedback, you loved the brisket burgers, so they’ll be available this weekend while supplies last. We hope to see you!
