Big dreams can be exciting, but they can also be scary.

What if it doesn't work?
What if nobody buys?
What if people don't understand your idea?
What if you fail?

But here's another question:

What if you succeed?

Every business owner has tried something that didn't go exactly as planned. A post that didn't perform. A product that didn't sell. An idea that needed changing. A plan that had to be started all over again.

That isn't the end of the dream. That's part of building it.

Failure can teach you what to change, where to grow, and what to try differently next time.

So dream bigger than what feels comfortable. Take the chance. Learn as you go.

You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.

Dream big. Dare to fail. And be brave enough to try again.

Life will not always go according to plan.
I was only in business for a little over 2 years when covid hit and my smoothie shop didn't survive. I loved what I did. I loved the customers but God knew what the future held for me and I kept to that even until this day.

There will be difficult days, unexpected changes, closed doors, disappointments, and moments when you wonder if things will ever get better.

That is when hope matters most.

Hope does not mean pretending the darkness isn't there. It means believing the darkness doesn't get the final word.

Sometimes the light is bright and easy to see. Other times, it is just a tiny flicker reminding you to keep going.

Hold on to that flicker.

Keep believing. Keep praying. Keep moving forward. Tomorrow can look completely different from today.

And when you finally step into the light, you may look back and realize just how strong you became while walking through the darkness.

There is still light ahead. Don't stop looking for it. ✨

Honoring National Native American Day

Today, we recognize and honor the rich histories, cultures, traditions, and contributions of Native American peoples and Tribal Nations.

Native American history is not only part of the past. Native communities continue to preserve languages, share traditions, create art, strengthen families, lead businesses, and contribute to communities across the country.

Today is also an opportunity to listen, learn, and appreciate the many distinct Native cultures and histories that make up the American story.

May we approach this day with respect, gratitude, and a willingness to learn.

Life Is Tough, But So Are You.

Some days life feels easy.

Other days, it feels like everything shows up at once.

Work. Family. Bills. Responsibilities. Business. Deadlines. Goals. And that never ending list of things you still need to do.

It is okay to admit that some days are hard.

Being strong does not mean you never get tired or frustrated. It means you keep finding a way forward.

Maybe today you take a big step.

Maybe today you only take a tiny one.

Both still count.

Think about everything you have already made it through. There were days you probably wondered how you were going to do it, but here you are.

Still learning.

Still growing.

Still dreaming.

Still trying.

Life can be tough.

Dreams Don’t Work Unless You Do.

We all have dreams.
