A few years back an idea sparked an idea..

I like to look at it as more of a calling...

My vision had gotten lost along the way though dealing with day to day life stuff.

More recently, I took some time to really reflect and I realized I wasn’t living up to my full potential.

It was then I found my vision again!

This I'm remembering my amazing talk with Tom Elliott Tom Elliott, one of the most engaging, effective, and talented comedy magicians in the UK. He is the Founder & Creative Productivity Coach at Focused Creative, where he connects with creatives, and helps them reach their most ambitious goals.

When I first started, I tried to do everything myself and I had various excuses I used:

- I don’t have the money to hire or outsource.

- I have time so I would rather save the $$?

- No one will do it as well as I can.

- Teaching someone takes too long and I could’ve just been done already.

🤦‍♀️The truth was, I did not value my time.

➡️ I could’ve easily outsourced most tasks for $20/hr or less.

That same hour would have been much better spent closing a high-ticket offer. Or creating content that will drive leads and sales into my business. Doing that $20 an hour task ended up costing me $100s an hour!

➡️ I also wasted a ton of time and money learning new skill sets I would only need a few times (and never mastered).

BTW, because those new skills were NOT in my zone of genius...and it showed...big time!
