When it came to their rebrand, the word was "modernization". Even with limitations and parameters due to the complexity of their industry, we pushed the boundaries and effectively delivered an upgraded aesthetic and brand.

Crafting memorable marketing and communications has a lot to do with storytelling.

For customers to take an interest in your business, know what it stands for, and what they can expect from it, ask yourself: in the storytelling that is your marketing and communications, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱?

That character is your 𝘉𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢.

People respond to what they can relate to; tying your brand to an archetype they already understand makes this possible.

Done right, Core Values aren't aspirational statements or derivative copywriting for marketing purposes.

They're an identification and expression of what actually, already matters most to the core people on your team.

Clarifying and communicating them lets others know what you're really about, and gives you the chance to better embody them - and more formally operationalize them - on a day to day basis.

Ever had a text or email wildly misunderstood because of its lack of (or misperceived) tone?

In business comms, the default (corporate culture) solution is to simply remove all possible intonation.

But when you're trying to communicate who you are and why people should trust you - and in a space crowded with other voices vying for the same attention, you need something better than either blandness OR just being the loudest.

People need to hear you, *and* have a reason to keep listening.

Tone can def be a part of that.

Don't be a dial tone in a cacophony.

Lean into what makes you, you.

And while marketing activities easily and often slip to the bottom of the list, it's those very activities that - if done consistently and well - could get you out of the hole you're in.
