You can do this by using external triggers.
External triggers are the ones we can touch, see, smell, hear and taste. For example, your alarm clock is an external trigger.
Notifications are probably the ones we have the most interaction with daily. Apps need these to help form habits and get you hooked. But, of course, we all know how it works, as when we see an Instagram notification pop up, it's hard not to pick up your phone.
Paid ads are also another external trigger you can use to navigate users to your business.
While external triggers are fantastic, we want to move our customers from external triggers to internal triggers (appealing to the customer's impulses and emotions). This will allow you to spend less money on adverts as the customer will do these things without thinking.
