Attention 📣teachers 👩🏫 👨🏫 We are currently offering 50% off for all teachers to join our self defense program 💪and/or our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 🥋 program. Teachers should be safe at school and know how to protect themselves when they need to.
You will get access to 3️⃣ classes a week and a Saturday class as well. We have both male 🤼♂️and female 🏋️♀️ instructors. We strive for a family environment where we challenge ourselves and hold each other accountable.
