Linc Housing , one of Southern California’s leading providers of affordable and permanent supportive housing, again called on ACG in 2025 to help them navigate a critical moment. The Ross Center, a proposed 124-unit affordable and supportive housing campus, required state funding to close a financing gap. ACG was brought in to build elected official support and strengthen the project’s competitive RFP submission. In early December, LINC was awarded the funds needed to move the project forward. This success reflects ACG’s continued commitment to advancing housing solutions that serve the region’s most vulnerable residents.

ACG supported the expansion of Japanese luxury resale retailer 2nd Street in the Los Angeles market, culminating in the successful opening of its Westwood Village location. After encountering significant entitlement and permitting hurdles in one of the City of Los Angeles’ most challenging regulatory environments, 2nd Street turned to ACG for help navigating complex bureaucratic roadblocks. Where many have struggled, ACG delivered. The store opened in July to great fanfare, underscoring our ability to solve difficult problems and bring high-profile retail projects across the finish line—even under the most challenging circumstances.

ACG successfully helped the PDC | Pacific Design Center win approval of a new Specific Plan, securing the future of West Hollywood’s largest commercial property. The iconic 1.576-million-square-foot campus had been constrained by a more than 20-year-old Specific Plan that left over 100,000 square feet of the property vacant. Working closely with numerous stakeholders, ACG won approval from both the Planning Commission and City Council for a modernized framework that provides the flexibility needed to activate the property and attract new tenants. The updated Specific Plan positions PDC to thrive for decades, increasing foot traffic, economic activity, and vitality throughout the surrounding district.

The project replaces three single-family homes with 92 new apartments, including 12 rent-restricted units, advancing smart infill housing in a high-opportunity area. ACG also supported building permit processing and helped expedite approvals to ensure the project met critical financing deadlines. ACG advanced the project from entitlement to groundbreaking in just ten months!

ACG led the entitlement and construction permitting for SKIMS ’ first-ever West Coast brick-and-mortar flagship, now open on the Sunset Strip. Founded by Kim Kardashian and valued at more than $5 billion just a handful of years after launch, SKIMS’ arrival reinforces Sunset Boulevard’s role as a global retail destination. The stunning new storefront has already proven to be a major success, drawing significant foot traffic and delivering strong sales numbers. This project builds on ACG’s broader work revitalizing the Strip, including other high-profile retail openings like Supreme, and reflects our continued commitment to supporting dynamic, forward-looking commercial corridors.

ACG is proud to be supporting entitlement efforts at the Woodland Hills Country Club, a truly transformational project converting a portion of an 88-acre private country club and golf course into much-needed housing. Believed to be the first AB 2243 project in the City of Los Angeles, the plan will deliver 398 homes, including 97 rent-restricted units for seniors and families, in a largely single-family neighborhood well suited for thoughtful, gentle density. This landmark project demonstrates how innovative policy tools can be responsibly applied to address the housing crisis at scale. ACG looks forward to continuing to shepherd this project through the City’s approval process.
