Shout out to our client, Linc Housing, on cutting the ribbon this week on their brand-new 340-unit affordable housing community in Glendale! Linc is doing vital work to create housing across Los Angeles, and we're excited to keep building with them! 🔑🏡

Developed by National CORE and Linc Housing, the housing development will offer 340 dwellings for singles, families and seniors earning no more than 80% of the region’s median income.

Another city. Another IKE. 📍

Congratulations to IKE Smart City on the launch of its newest program in Charlotte, North Carolina, where at least 30 interactive kiosks will soon help connect residents and visitors with local businesses, community resources and public information.

Charlotte joins a growing list of cities across the country partnering with IKE to bring this technology to their communities.

We’re proud to be part of IKE’s Southern California team and excited to see their partnerships and national footprint continue to grow.

On August 20, the City of Charlotte was proud to be joined by IKE Smart City, elected officials, community leaders and residents to welcome the first digital kiosk to the Queen City.
