From a sailors point of view, a good start can make or break a race. From my POV, I see beautiful boats and excited sailors. I wanted to capture that joy in my latest stripe pattern. The bold colors of excitement and the strong stripes inspired by the boats on the line.

I hate cleaning… but after the kids being home for a snow day yesterday, it needs to be done. As much as I hate cleaning, I do love a clean house. I find that breaking up the day by taking some art breaks makes the day more enjoyable.
