We’re so excited to welcome Allie and Taylor to the Pivot team 💛

Allie joins us as an Account Manager, bringing a calm, organized, and collaborative approach to keeping projects on track. She’s all about turning big-picture goals into clear next steps—and when she’s not doing that, you’ll likely find her logging miles for her next race or at the rink helping manage her kids’ hockey teams. 🏃‍♀️🏒

Taylor joins Pivot as an Enrollment Support Associate, where she supports prospective students with care, curiosity, and clarity—helping make the enrollment process feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more human. Outside of work, she’s usually creating something by hand or heading out for a run (bonus points if it ends at the beach). 🧶🌊

Reddit doesn’t always convert on the first click, and that’s the point.

When we layered Reddit into a client’s marketing mix, its impact showed up across the funnel: more traffic, more engagement, and increased registrations, even when conversions happened later through other channels.

By analyzing performance across platforms in Pivot360, we could see how Reddit energized the entire ecosystem, not just its own dashboard.

Curiosity + a holistic view of the data = better attribution.

We love when our team brings outside passions into their work, and Ant’s newest blog is a perfect example.

Drawing inspiration from his run club, he shares how the people who asked about joining didn’t show up right away… but they did show up eventually. And when they did, it wasn’t because of one conversation. It was because of a collection of moments they experienced over time.

Ant connects that insight beautifully to student recruitment, where so many influential touchpoints happen off the dashboard and outside our attribution models.
