It’s time to put some stuff out there. In this video I discuss Covid. I do not advocate to take or not to take the shot. The first step is to see if we can even have a real discussion about it.

I’m going to start talking about some of the things I know. Probably better than anyone you know. I mean, let’s just see.

Let’s talk about business. Deal making. Entrepreneurship. And also Intrepreneurship - which most of these guru’s seem to not know is a word.

2020-2021 was a year of rehab for me.

Seems like I went form a broken ankle to a messed up hip, to a messed up shoulder to a messed up hip, to a messed up shoulder again! I love it! All part of the game. I am a supremely confident dude. I am not discouraged. This experience allowed me to understand the Bulgarian method more completely than ever before.
It maybe, that environment - is the number one factor when training Bulgarian style. And I don’t mean fake Bulgarian - I mean a fair representation of the Bulgarian method performed - at least 6 days a week, using multiple exercises per session, multiple sessions, and reaching for maximal and supra maximal weights often. I mean daily 90% lets in multiple lifts, I mean a mean average weight of at least 85.9%.

I trained like this, along with others for almost 7 years - and complied detailed records. Pushing the human limits with no supplements, horrible living conditions, and prison main-line-prison-food. And guess what? That actually maybe the way to superhuman strength. Environment and routine are critical to utilizing the Bulgarian Method. That method is condusive to prison living condition. West Side was not. But out here on the streets - the conjugate method may be ideal. In 2022 I am changing styles.

I don’t have the vision for you or your “brand.” Just matter of factly, I have vision. In the land of the blind, vision always wins. Many people think they have vision. But all they see are road blocks. I can see the way around your road blocks. That is the fundamental difference. The only reason to hire me. I don’t have the vision for “your brand,” that’s ridiculous. But look around - that is what everyone is selling you. Stupid. Open your eyes. I’m telling you that I have been there, done that - and I can see the way, so I just walk you around “road blocks,”. Road blocks to your success are no more trouble than driving around a lot hole. Trust me.

Congratulations. Your about to be disrupted.

Back when you had nothing… it wasn’t hope of gain that motivated you. No, fear motivated you.

See, when you had nothing to lose… you had no fear of losing. So that’s out. But what did you fear? Being a nothing. A no body. Ending with nothing. Your parent’s disappointment?

That’s why you buy s**t. To impress people. Scared to death if they don’t like you. Scared to death to risk anything.

No that you have something to lose - it’s just easier to see. Your fear based. Your playing not to lose. But you are not even winning the game.

You can write a best seller or you can be right. Isn’t the world funny. Best sellers sell because they are speaking to the ordinary, mediocre mind -

Here’s why your scared: you know what ever you have, whatever it is - you couldn’t make it back again. Because most likely you know you didn’t earn it to begin with. Some of you occupy offices your not worthy of. For posterity purposes:

I know that people have their opinions. People are entitled to their opinions. When you don’t have data- that’s what you have is an opinion. If you have the data and you refuse to acknowledge it, you have a bias. Bias decision making is as good as guessing. Most of you are good guessers. (see your good at something.. your a good guesser!).

Do you have a business model? At the core of competition no two firms are alike. Truthfully we don’t compete on price or whether we have the best service.

Rather, we compete on business models. This is the professional approach anyway. Business Models have shelf lives. Some are more profitable than others. Some are outdated. Here’s some tips:

You must identify and prioritize the critical components underlying your business model. Know why you are doing something. You have to make the most serious risks of your hypotheses explicit so that you can test them. Fail fast.

Coming up with the actual hypothesis is harder. It requires identifying opportunities and conducting a Return and Death and Disruption Risk assessment. (I know any legitimate financier would want to see that).

Initially, iterations are based on intuition. That’s because at the beginning you have no or little actual data/knowledge. Intuition is the starting point. That’s why guessers can start - but can never finish a thing.

Subsequent iterations are based on evidence and insights gained from the testing loop.

You may be getting traction. You must be making some sales if your in business. But what’s your plan now? Now that you have something to lose? Even if two candidate solutions exist- there is always a best one.

Examine your business models. I’ve taken the time to analyze them. Trust me. Are you championing a cause or are you critically examining your business model. It used to work.
I don’t want approval or the moral high ground. Results. Demonstration. Reinvention. That’s our R&D.
