The Fully Human family continues to grow as we welcome Thermal Clean LLC.

When I owned Bite Back Bed Bug Removal in Denver, Thermal Clean LLC was my 'competitor', and by competitor I mean that we did the same thing, referred each other constantly, had lunches every other month or so and were kind to one another and trusted that there was enough business for everyone. It was a big lesson in how ethical businesses can be run. He always told me when I stopped doing bed bugs in Denver he would hire me to run his SEO, and now less than a year after we shut the doors in Denver, Thermal Clean is my new client. Here’s a more detailed description of what we’re looking for and what we’re offering:
We are looking for a great sales person interested in a part time contract.
The Service:
You will be selling a subscription to a Search Engine Optimization service to small businesses. We make it easier for customers to find businesses who service their specific area online by making the website appear higher in the results of Google and other search engines. This is a subscription service with a long and successful track record. The existing customers have been extremely loyal, and now we need a person who specializes in sales in order to expand.
The Customer:
Our niche has been small local businesses interested in making it easier for customers in their area to find them online. We've been especially successful with skilled tradespeople like plumbers, electricians and HVAC technicians. Our goal is to increase their income and decrease the time they have to spend on the marketing and computer work they do not enjoy.
The Job:
Your job will be to find potential customers, make the initial contact, and schedule an appointment with the SEO team. The SEO team has a high success rate of closing after these appointments and half of these appointments have resulted in long-term subscriptions with customers happy to renew.
We are looking for someone eager to take on a self-directed role. We'll give you initial guidance and make sure you’re familiar with who we are as a company/what we’re offering, but in the end the hours you work, the clients you call, and the way you pitch are up to you.
The Requirements:
The existing team has a results-driven philosophy. You will need to convince us you will be able to find potential clients and persuade them to schedule an appointment with the SEO team. Years of experience excelling in similar positions is one way to do that, but it is not the only way. We are committed to non-discriminatory hiring practices and welcome all applicants.
The Compensation:
We'll guarantee a minimum base rate, but your compensation will be heavily based on commissions. The faster you find potential customers and the higher your success rate the better this opportunity will be for you. We're hoping to find someone we can continue working with as we expand our team and our capacity for taking on new clients. The initial contract will be for a few weeks, part time. If you're successful we will work out a more long-term arrangement.
Guaranteed base rate $12/hour.
First sale 50% commission of first job’s first month 20% of next 5 months After the first sale 20% commission for the first 6 months.
After 3 sales 5% for months 6+. This continues as long as you make at least one sale every 3 months.
At 20% commission if you get one $750/month sale every 10 hours for this would be $102/hour over 6 months.
