There’s something really powerful about hearing parents talk honestly about why they chose a school for their kids.
I loved putting this piece together for Butte Central Catholic Schools — and these parents did such a thoughtful, heartfelt job sharing their experiences. Grateful to help tell stories like this.

Some of my favorite interviews have come from people who were convinced they'd be awkward. If you've been putting off telling your story because you're nervous to be on camera -- you're definitely not alone.

Ride-along in a haul truck - definitely a career highlight! This was a neat one to make.

Another look at what a week of service can really mean.

This piece highlights the impact NorthWestern Energy teams are making in communities across Montana—one project at a time.

Grateful to help capture it.

It was a gorgeous day to be shooting at the Madison Dam alongside Flying Ryan Productions.

I’ve been working on a short documentary project over the past few months and am excited to finally share a first look.
Wolverine Wisdom follows a local man in his 80s who spends his winters deep in the backcountry documenting wolverines—one of the most elusive animals in North America.
This is just a short teaser, but I’m looking forward to continuing to develop the story.

I had a great time capturing NorthWestern Energy’s Week of Service—where teams stepped out of the office and into communities across Montana.

Always a privilege to tell stories that highlight people showing up for something bigger than themselves.

Mountain Heart Media is celebrating 5 years.
Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of helping businesses, nonprofits, and organizations share their stories through video.
My first project was telling patient stories for St. James Healthcare, and it reminded me just how powerful storytelling can be.
Since then, I've created 120 projects. That's 120 opportunities to highlight the people, missions, and work happening in our communities.
I’m passionate about creating compelling stories that inform, inspire, and entertain audiences, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted Mountain Heart Media with their story.
Thank you for being part of the journey.

One thing I’ve noticed filming interviews with business owners:
They know their work inside and out… but explaining it on camera is harder than they expect.
The first answer is usually careful and a little rehearsed.
The second answer gets better.
But the third answer — when they stop trying to sound perfect — is almost always the one that makes it into the final video.
That’s when the real story shows up.

Projects like this are always fun to film. Deer Mountain Cabinetry puts so much thought into both the beauty and functionality of their designs, and it’s rewarding getting to capture the details that make a space like this work so well.
