This week only, Honest Jon's will be open THURSDAY, FRIDAY and SATURDAY from 11AM-9 due to the influx of visitors for The World's Longest Yard Sale. But the following weekend, Friday, August 9th (4-9pm), and Saturday, August 10th (3-9pm), will be our last weekend.

Barbecue aficionados will be sorry to hear that Honest Jon's BBQ is closing its doors. The Byrdstown restaurant opened on September 6th of last year and drew delighted diners from several surrounding counties―from Jamestown, from Crossville, from Cookeville and all the small towns in the area.

Davidson family members all pitched in―Jon and Tina, daughters Adison and Emily, and young son, Bryson. Jon’s sister, Jeanetta, their cousin Dewayne, lent a hand as did Gabby, a teenaged family friend. Throughout the year, a few other family members and friends also helped out as needed.

The Davidsons feel truly blessed with the opportunity to meet people from all over, forging many new friendships. They wish to thank everyone, family, friends and loyal customers, who supported them throughout the year.
