But you might have seen that their noodles are amazing. That means the quality of their products is very good. But even then there will be no sale, because the service is not good.
We all make this kind of mistake more or less. The quality of the product is good the customer will know only when he is using the product.
Another mistake I saw, and that was too many features. Many of us think that my product has a lot of features that means my product is better than the rest in the market. However, we often do not study how many features the customer wants. Giving more than what the customer needs creates multiple problems at once.

This will increase the price of your product, which may discourage buyers or increase your challenge.
Your eCommerce business will grow only when you are able to generate lots of sales. And sales can only be generated when you know where there is room for improvement.
In this post, I will share with you 7 tried and tested methods that I have implemented in my own and international client projects.
1️⃣ People want to hear stories
There must be some kind of story within your product offering. Think how many formulas we have memorized in academic life. If we talk only about Newton, many people may not remember his three laws completely. But almost everyone remembers the incident of wearing an apple. If people know the story behind a brand or product, people remember it longer.
So you can think about how you will tell the story of your brand to people. How to tell the story behind your product.
Customers essentially connect their own lives with your story. This creates a kind of engagement. When you showcase a product through storytelling, its value increases for everyone.
2️⃣ Purchase customer benefits
Customers don't buy your product, they buy the results your product delivers. Make a list of the benefits your customers will get from using your product. As you do this, identify who your potential customers are.
A common mistake many people make is that if you ask them who are your target customers, they often answer that they are all my target customers. Which makes it difficult for them to plan their marketing and results in less returns.
So first try to get a clear idea of who your target customers are. Try to clearly explain to them where their main problem is, and how your solution will help them here.
3️⃣ Make the packaging or serving attractive
Remember, people don't buy products online, they buy pictures.
You can say it again with me, people don't buy products online, they buy pictures. So you have to be careful in the selection of pictures. Instead of thinking about saving money, here you have to think about how to make the pictures more attractive.
Again, the serving of each type of product must be one of a kind. Like food items. Here the color of main food and container should be different. If the food is deep colored, you can serve it in light colored containers and photograph it. The simpler the vessel, the more beautifully focused the food will be. The place where the food is placed and photographed must be clean, and the photo must be natural.
The point is not only that the product should be good, its presentation should be beautiful, clean, there should be something to create a kind of good feeling. Must have attention grabbing potential. Otherwise people won't notice, or buy.
4️⃣ Build your competitive advantages
You may have heard this many times already. Can't be forgotten. Or cannot be underestimated. Have you ever wondered why your products are different? Why your brand is different from your competitors. If not separate then how to separate.
5️⃣ Determine the right price
It is not right to think that people will not buy if the price of the product is high, and it is not right to think that people will buy only if the price of the product is low. You have to decide based on your product quality, market value, competitors' pricing and your target customers.
Before making a price decision you must invest a good amount of time in making a pricing decision.
6️⃣ Focus on retaining your customer life long

The first sale in a business can be obtained in any way. Discounts, Advertisements etc. But the same customer will basically buy from you again the next time he is satisfied after the first purchase.
So you have to plan from the beginning how to retain the customer for a long time. You should also have a plan on how to collaborate with him in the future. This will help build customer trust with your brand and product and increase the value of your product.
7️⃣ Keep your sales message clear
If you think about new mobiles, every mobile has something to highlight, people don't talk much about the rest of the mobiles.
For example, the Samsung Galaxy S10 had a punch-hole display. Before that, the iPhone came with a notch display. Then, one by one, one brand camera number increases and decreases.
The bottom line is that if your product has a lot of good points, you should highlight at least 1/2 of the great points. Which will become the main attraction of the customer and influence his buying decision.
Many people think that small businesses don't have to think about these things, and that holds them back. Whether you are a small business or a big business is not very important to the customer, the main thing for him is whether your product can solve his problem?
How much can your brand be trusted? Can you keep the commitment? Not always the customer will ask you questions, many times he may be confused here, you have to plan with this in mind.
