I once spent three days convinced Meta hated me personally.

New creative. New audience. New budget. Nothing.

Turns out the ads were fine. The brief was the problem, and the brief was one line long: "we want more sales."

Babe. That's not a brief. That's a wish.

Now I don't open Ads Manager until I can answer 3 questions:
👉 Who exactly are we talking to?
👉 What's ruining their day RIGHT NOW?
👉 What's the ONE thing they should do?

Takes 4 minutes. Saves you a week of blaming the algorithm.

Swipe for the full breakdown, slide 8 is the before/after that made a client go "oh. OH."

📌 Save this for your next campaign.

The leads were not the problem, Susan.

The metrics that make you feel good and the metrics that get you paid are almost never the same ones.

Ask someone who follows you to describe what you do.
If it takes them more than one sentence, we found the problem.

I say this with love. You're not invisible, you're just hard to repeat.

The brands that grow aren't the ones saying the most things. They're the ones saying one thing so consistently that other people start saying it for them.

Say it in every format you have. Then say it again when you're sick of it, because that's roughly the moment your audience is hearing it for the first time.

You've posted it forty times. They've seen it twice, half distracted, between two other things.

What's the one thing you want to be known for? Tell me and I'll tell you if it's clear enough to stick.

Nobody told you your social posts are now showing up on Google.

Search Console started tracking social content, and almost nobody is looking at it.

You can now see:
Clicks
Impressions
The exact words people typed to find you
Your top content
Countries and devices

Read that again. The exact words people typed to find your post.

Which means you can finally spot old posts quietly getting traffic again, topics people keep searching for, and content worth updating instead of creating from zero.

Most people will never open Search Console and will keep guessing what works.

You do not have to guess anymore.

See what people are finding.
Understand why.
Then create more of what is already working.

Save this and go check yours today.
Which platform do you think sends you the most search traffic?

I say this with love, but most people don't have a content problem.
They have an offer problem.
You can post seven days a week, nail the hook, hit the trending audio, and still hear crickets when it's time to buy. Because reach was never the bottleneck.
An offer works when three things are obvious in under five seconds.
Who it's for. What changes for them. Why now.
Most people get the first one half right and skip the third entirely.
Send your offer in one sentence. I'll read every single one and tell you what's missing.

The hardest part of my job isn't coming up with ideas.
It's killing the pretty ones that don't sell.
I've been there more times than I'd like to admit: a beautiful piece I was proud of… that moved exactly zero sales. That's when it clicked for me, creativity on its own isn't enough.
Strategy doesn't take the magic away. It gives it a direction. It turns "nice to look at" into "actually works."
That's why this Jef Richards line hits so close to home 👆
Art and advertising use the same tools. One thing separates them: intention.
Save this for the next time someone tries to sell you "something viral" without asking what you actually want to achieve first. 📌
Now be honest, have you ever fallen in love with an idea you secretly knew wasn't going to work?
