My New Book Is Here: Leadership in the Digital Age
I’m excited to announce the release of my new book, Leadership in the Digital Age: AI Strategies for Fraternities and Sororities.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how organizations communicate, make decisions, engage members, develop leaders, and prepare for the future. Fraternities and sororities have an important opportunity to embrace these technologies while remaining grounded in the values, traditions, relationships, and sense of community that make our organizations distinctive.
In Leadership in the Digital Age, I explore practical ways fraternity and sorority leaders can understand and use AI strategically. The goal is not to replace the human dimensions of leadership. Instead, it is to help leaders discover how AI can strengthen their capacity to serve members, improve organizational effectiveness, generate new ideas, and navigate an increasingly digital world.
