"Transformational coaching" is killing your SEO.

I know. Brutal opener. Stay with me.

Most coaches optimize their website for the language they use in their brand book. Words like "transformational" and "holistic" and "soul-led."

Those phrases sound beautiful.... And they're invisible to Google.

Because nobody is typing "transformational coaching" into the search bar at 11pm when they're spiraling.

They're typing things like:
"anxiety coach for moms"
"life coach for women in their 40s"
"how to find a therapist in [their city]"
"career coach near me"

Real people search in real language. Specific. Sometimes a little desperate. Always to the point.

If your homepage is full of brand-book words and your blog posts (if you have them) don't target the actual phrases your clients use, Google has no idea who to send to you.

The fix isn't complicated. It's just a shift. Write for the search bar, not the brand board.

Comment "SEO" and I'll send you the full blog post that walks through how to find the right keywords for your coaching site.

You have a gorgeous Squarespace site and you can't find yourself on Google for the life of you.

Sound familiar?

You spent the money. You picked the fonts. You agonized over the colors. And now when you type your own niche into Google, you're nowhere.

Here's the thing nobody tells you. A pretty website isn't an SEO strategy. Squarespace is actually really good for SEO out of the box. You don't need plugins. You don't need to install anything weird. You just have to (actually) fill in the fields most coaches skip entirely.
-Page SEO titles.
-Meta descriptions.
-Image alt text.
-URL slugs that don't look like /services/page-v2-final. 🫠

That's where 80% of basic SEO lives. And most coaching sites never touch it.

If you've been wondering why your site isn't pulling its weight, this is probably part of why.

Save this post for when you finally sit down to fix it.

Okay be honest - how many website courses are sitting in your inbox right now? 🙃
One? Two? Maybe a YouTube playlist you saved six months ago that you’ve watched exactly one and a half videos from?

No judgment. I know the cycle because I hear about it every week.

You decide it’s time to finally fix your website. So you buy a course or find a tutorial series. You get excited. You start. You make some progress. Then life happens -client work picks up, the kids need something, the energy runs out -and the half-built site just sits there. Unfinished. Again.

Here’s what I want you to hear: that’s not a discipline problem. It’s a strategy problem.

You keep investing in LEARNING how to build a website when what you actually need is a website that’s BUILT.

My templates skip the entire learning curve. Professional design. Strategic structure. Built specifically for coaches, therapists, and service providers. Ready to go — or I’ll build it out for you.

Stop buying courses. Start having a website. 💙

Can I be real with you for a second? 🙃

One of the biggest things I see women business owners do when they finally decide to get help is… overcomplicate it.

They hire a graphic designer for Canva stuff. A tech person for the website. An admin for email and scheduling. Maybe someone for personal errands.

And suddenly they’re spending half their time MANAGING the people who were supposed to save them time. 😅

I built my offer specifically to solve this problem.

Creative support. Admin and systems. Tech and website. Personal life logistics. One person. One relationship. One point of contact who already knows your tools - Squarespace, Canva, MailerLite, HoneyBook, Asana, all of it.

No patchwork. No hand-holding required. No managing a mini team when all you wanted was help.

That’s the difference between hiring a task-doer and hiring a partner who actually thinks alongside you.

If that’s what you’ve been looking for - DM me “ONE” and let’s talk. 💙

You’re putting in the WORK on Instagram. I see you. 💙

You’re posting consistently. Creating content. Building relationships in the DMs. Showing up on stories. Nurturing your audience.

But here’s the question nobody asks: what happens when someone actually clicks your link in bio?

Because here’s the scenario that’s probably happening right now: your dream client is scrolling Instagram on her phone between carpool and her next session. She sees your post. It resonates. She feels something. She clicks your link…
And she lands on a website that doesn’t match the energy of the content that just moved her.

The vibe is off. The layout is confusing. The site looks like it was thrown together in a rush. And just like that — she’s gone. Back to scrolling. On to someone else’s profile.
Your Instagram efforts deserve a landing spot that keeps the momentum going. Every one of my templates includes a dedicated Link in Bio page — clean, branded, and designed to move your social media traffic exactly where it needs to go.

Don’t let all that work end in a dead-end click. 🙃

Here’s something that surprises most of my clients: the shift happens WAY faster than they expected. 🤯

Within the first 30 days, they’re not just getting tasks checked off a list. They’re experiencing something they haven’t felt in a long time — breathing room.
Their inbox isn’t a source of dread anymore. Their website is getting updated without them touching Squarespace. Client onboarding is running smoothly and automatically. The Canva graphics are getting done without a single midnight design session.

And the thing that hits them the hardest? They have actual white space in their calendar. Not because business slowed down. But because someone else is carrying the backend.

That’s what’s possible when you stop trying to be everything to your business.
I’m not here to add to your to-do list. I’m here to make it shorter. 💙

If you’re a coach, therapist, or service provider who’s ready to feel what this is like-link in bio to get started. Let’s make it happen.

This one might sting a little. But I think you need to hear it. 💙

We talk a lot about the cost of hiring help. But we almost never talk about the cost of NOT hiring help.

And honestly? The cost of doing nothing is way higher.

It’s the speaking opportunity you turned down because your plate was already overflowing. The program you’ve been meaning to launch for six months. The email list sitting there going cold because the automations never got built. The evenings you traded for tech troubleshooting when you could have been present with the people you love.

Every week you spend doing $15/hour tasks is a week you’re NOT spending on the work that actually generates revenue and moves your business forward.

I’m not saying this to make you feel bad. I’m saying it because you deserve to see the full picture. The investment in support isn’t just about what it costs. It’s about what it FREES.

You don’t have to figure this out alone. And you don’t have to wait until you’re completely burned out to make a change. 🙃

DM me “READY” and let’s have a real conversation about it.

Saturday night. Kids are in bed. You finally have a quiet moment. And what are you doing? 😅

Adjusting padding. Googling “how to center this section in Squarespace.” Watching the same tutorial for the third time. Getting frustrated because it STILL doesn’t look like it did in the video.

Friend, can we normalize something?

You’re a coach. A therapist. A service provider. You are exceptional at what you do. And building websites was never supposed to be part of that.

You’ve probably already bought a course on it. Maybe you’ve tried rebuilding your site more than once. And every time, you end up with something that’s… fine. But not the site you picture in your head. Not the one that makes people think “she has her act together.”

You don’t need to become a Squarespace expert. You need someone who already is one.

My templates are built specifically for your type of business - every page, every section, every call-to-action already in place. And if you want me to build the whole thing out for you? I’ll do that too. 💙

Be honest with yourself for a second.

When you look at your actual calendar this week - not the ideal version, the real one - does it look like a CEO’s schedule or an employee’s?

Because there’s a massive difference between spending your days on strategy, client delivery, and growth… and spending your days troubleshooting your email platform, formatting Canva graphics, chasing invoices, and working until midnight.

And here’s the part that really gets me: you KNOW the difference. You can feel it. You know which version of your day leaves you energized and which one leaves you drained.

The shift from employee energy to CEO energy doesn’t happen by hustling harder. It doesn’t happen by finding a better productivity system or waking up earlier.

It happens when you let someone else carry the operational weight so you can focus on the work that actually grows your business and fills you up.

You built this for freedom and impact. Not for two full-time jobs crammed into one person. 💙

DM me “CEO” and let’s talk about what that shift looks like for your business.
